VACUPRESS 850

The VACUPRESS 850 is a specialized vacuum thermoforming device developed for use in orthopedics and prosthetics. The work frame is hinged at the back, allowing it to be opened up, and is guided by a gas pressure spring on the right side. An integrated vacuum tank accelerates the thermoforming process and serves as a buffer when using the device for larger external thermoforming operations.

A powerful vacuum pump ensures the fastest possible and thus optimal shaping of the relevant thermoplastic materials. The maintenance-free vacuum system operates quietly and is vacuum-controlled. It automatically shuts off once the target vacuum is reached and turns back on when the permissible pressure difference is exceeded.

The VACUPRESS 850 features a separate vacuum connection for connecting external vacuum work areas such as lamination work, socket prosthesis forming, draping forms, etc. All functions of the automatic vacuum system can also be used, allowing the device to be remotely controlled from these external work areas.
