What added value does the PO series controller offer for industrial processes?
The control system is specially designed for the curing cycles of pre-preg materials. It enables the exact definition of temperature ramps, has memory locations for process recipes and offers comprehensive monitoring of the entire heating process for quality assurance.
Why is an ultimate vacuum of approximately - 1.0 bar important?
The extremely high vacuum of the TLV HV-II unit generates the necessary high contact pressure, which is essential for optimum compaction of the fiber layers and deaeration during the curing of pre-preg components.
